1. We looked and looked for a 4 star hotel in the theater district under $300/nt and, mainly because of Tripadvisor reviews (and price), we chose the Iroquois and we are so happy that we did.

4. So watch Expedia and other sites for good rates and if you are taking a trip to NY to see shows, this is a good home base for the right price.

7. Didnt eat at the hotel, as it is so centrally located there are loads of places nearby, but prices looked very reasonable for a NY hotel.

8. Front-desk offered a couple of free drinks coupon, the manager responded to an e-mail I sent about the incident and assured me their procedures were being reviewed to prevent another such incident and offered a stay in a suite at their best available price next time.

9. The price was very affordable, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is big, the linens and robes are Frette, the shower had water pressure.
