Front-desk offered a couple of free drinks coupon, the
manager
responded to an e-mail I sent about the incident and assured me their procedures were being reviewed to prevent another such incident and offered a stay in a suite at their best available price next time.

accommodated our switch to another larger room however the air conditioning made so much noise (sounded like a chainsaw every time it cycled on) that finally at 2 am with no sleep we called the front desk again.

Well our king size bed did not dissapoint, 6'6'' wide, loads of pillows, top quality bed linen, and REALLY comfortable, the

told us the beds had a 15 year guarantee and were currently 3 years old.

We did have issues with our telephone not working which became a bit frustrating - we could make long distance calls but could not make local calls (?) After the back and forth between the front desk and maintenance, the hotel
manager
knocked on our door later that afternoon and delivered a complimentary plate of cashews, strawberries, blackberries and chocolate as an apology for any inconvenience the phone issue may have caused us.
