2. We booked our trip with Expedia and our trip included King rooms with Whirlpools and despite calling ahead two days before arriving and requesting an early check-in(We had left our home airport at 1:00am Nashville time) our rooms were still not ready until after 4:00 pm.

3. Was upgraded to whirlpool room, which was nice, but I would definitely not pay the rather high posted 'rack' rates for this type of room as the only difference is a whirlpool tub in the actual sleeping/living area.
