3. due to delays from our point of origin we arrived around 2pm our room was ready but it was not smoking as I had requested so we had lunch in the dining room - I wasnt crazy about the food but it was sufficient.

5. We all went to lunch and arrived at the appointed time and were told that the rooms would be ready at 2:30, we told the hotel that it was important that the 12 people had a chance to change and prepare for our event at 4.
