2. and - towel rack was INSIDE the shower, because it was more important to have artwork on the wall in the bathroom where the towel racks should have gone.

3. Either way, it is disgusting (my towels smelled bad) and I wish the hotel would be more strict about their smoking policies (seeing as how both rooms were non-smoking).
