1. The pool was heated, spa nice (next to freeway and noisy) but the gym's 2 of 3 cardio equipment did not work, however this hotel does not advertise a gym, so I was happy to find anything.

6. After we arrived to the hotel by taxi, we checked in and was given the wrong room (paid for the Japanese hydrotherapy spa) and had to convince the desk clerk that our original room didn't have the spa.

8. Photos look nice on the website but dont be fooled this is an old apartment block given a tacky and wacky renovation - booked a spa room and the spa didnt work, plumbing problems had to get toilet unblocked twice - very small room and bathroom.
