2. When I called and asked about it, I was told that they do this mostly on holiday weekends, etc. This should have been made very clear before booking, or at time of check in.

3. You can reserve the shuttle up to 24 hours prior to your arrival and I was very impressed when a desk clerk called me on Thursday morning at my home to verify our Friday afternoon check in and shuttle reservations to go to Safeco Field for Friday's game.
