The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and confrontational when we told him that we'd been hung up on by his only female front desk person when we called to ask why nobody had come to fix the lack of hot water in our room (after having been told an hour before that someone would be right up).

7. We were shocked at how quickly this manager shoved aside the nice and helpful male clerk to tell us his clerk would never hang up on anyone and that we were obviously lying.

8. Our 17 month old son had to sleep in a second-hand (manager admitted they purchased used from another business), stained, dirty playpen because they do not provide cribs even though their website stated they did.
