1. Our usual places to stay when coming into Seattle overnight are Silver Cloud Stadium (pricey, but fun rooftop pool), Marqueen (love, love, love it here), Holiday Inn Express near Space Needle (cookie cutter hotel, but convenient), Silver Cloud Lake Union (great breakfast area - like a huge living room overlooking marina), Paramount (great to stay if taking in a show at Paramount Theatre and we love the Dragonfish Restaurant), Watertown by the university etc. I only mention these so you know what kind of places we customarily stay.

5. We found our Hotel Rooms clean, the pool was in very good condition, and the staff was excellant.

6. The only two negatives were that the pool was out of service while we were there, although it was a lovely flourescent green colour, and they had a full house the first night which made them run out of parking spaces on the property, so some guests had to park in a lot across the street.
