5. Out only gripe was the cleaning staff forgot to leave any cups for our coffee maker so after a long drive we wanted to relax with coffee and couldn't room service didn't bring them in an hour after us ringing so we went to the cafe in the lobby.

10. It is also important to note that room service is only available from 5 to 10 pm, although the front desk said that they can order in take-out.
