4. They said they would try to find an equivalent room in a nearby hotel, and came up with what was obviously a third-rate hotel (the room would cost about 1/3 their rate and include breakfast) which was a mile away from their desirable location, or anything else.

8. there is a coffee shop in the hotel for those who need there fix in the morning, as i got in the elevator the hotel took the time to print out weather forcast and posted them on the elevator, and tourist attractions that would be close for the week or any important information as i walk into the room the view was breathtaking i had a view of downtown seattle and the spaceneedle, the bed was way to large for me, but was a nice touch a california king, the hbo and showtime in the room will be nice for the indoor kind, movies, games, music ondemand , movies at additional cost, the bathroom was a tad small but had all the comforts of being at home.
