5. Everyone at the front desk was accomodating as we all wanted to enjoy dinner in the suite before we left and they were nice enough to allow that since our check time passed.

6. Staff was so accommodating - they let us have a late check out, store our bags, access our bags when we accidentally forgot to unpack/pack something, and hang out in the lobby and have a light dinner while we waited for our (non-hotel) airport shuttle.
