3. Staff was so accommodating - they let us have a late check out, store our bags, access our bags when we accidentally forgot to unpack/pack something, and hang out in the lobby and have a light dinner while we waited for our (non-hotel) airport shuttle.

4. The parking was to be free and they charge $12 to park in their lot which they dont tell you til you check out.

7. From the front desk folks to the wait staff, shuttle drivers, etc. I had to make a couple changes to my room & check out day & it was all handled with no problem what so ever.
