2. The parking was to be free and they charge $12 to park in their lot which they dont tell you til you check out.

GOOD- clean, interesting decor- free shuttle service is great- all staff is extremely friendly and helpful- University District isn't the nicest area but it's interestingBAD- thermostat in room didn't work- rooms were small even though we got upgraded- having to pay for parking (which their site says $12 but their phones and reservation people say is $10)- we asked for a refrigerator sent up (free of charge) but it never appeared- definitely an older hotel.
