1. For one thing though you can pay for parking in their lot, there was plenty of free parking available on the street (at least on weekends) and it seemed like a safe enough area to leave one's car parked outside.

2. Though at first glance the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is a fabulous street filled with restaurants only a few blocks walk away and for that matter the Space Needle & Seattle Centre would be an easy 15 minute walk.

3. Really loved the little kitchen area because there is a great local grocery store just up the street where I could buy staples and fresh fruit which was nice.

4. Firstly check in was quick, parking was easy (although for future, i would recommend just parking on the street, i think it is cheaper than the $15/nt the hotel charges) - we parked in the parkade because it was rainy outside, and didnt know how safe the area was.

5. They are very knowledgable about the area and willing to offer any and all information for sight seeing, food etc. They are within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Pike Street Market, the aquarium and some other great sights.

6. All of the two bedroom king suites are located on the back side of the building overlooking a quiet side street (and away from the trains - yea, or the views - rats).

9. Earlier in the month stayed for five nights at the Homewood Suites in Pike Street but would recommend the Downtown suites first if friendliness and attention is important to you.

10. They charge $15 for parking but we got a free spot on the street right in front of the hotel, and walked everywhere we wanted to go.
