Though I think the location is good for being outside the downtown walking range (takes literally 2 minutes to get to the center of action on 1st Avenue near Pike Place, and 2 minutes to get up to Queen Anne) I would almost - truly - rather stay in Bellvue or Kirkland and drive back and forth, than to stay here.
