9. There was in fact a message, from 5:30 p.m., stating that since Housekeeping hadn't been able to access the room (since they saw the Privacy sign between 8:45 and 9:30 a.m.), they hadn't cleaned it.

10. \nSince these suites have to be paid for in advance, I got the impression (right or wrong), that once the money is in hand, the level of service for Housekeeping drops off at this property.
