4. A couple of stray phone calls appeared on our bill as we were checking out that we did not make, but it was resolved (they were deleted) immediately.

5. I needed to get change (changed $20 into all $1 bills) to take the seattle bus to see some sights with the family - front desk was very accomodating in giving me change.

6. The front desk did their best to help us most of the time and they did take money off of our bill when we asked them to do so after all of the equipment failures, etc. It's not as if the staff aren't trying, it's just too little too late.
