1. Overall, considering the size of the rooms, the fact that you can probably get away with free parking and the decent value and let's not forget about the breakfast.

2. Firstly check in was quick, parking was easy (although for future, i would recommend just parking on the street, i think it is cheaper than the $15/nt the hotel charges) - we parked in the parkade because it was rainy outside, and didnt know how safe the area was.

7. It would also be nice if you offered your driving/ commuting guests a break on parking or free parking for one night, or something, considering you are in an area where there is literally room for about 10 or 12 guests on the street outside.
