1. I would also like to suggest a restaurant about two blocks down called Peso's which served really good TexMex food.

4. Run of the mill sort of 'Holiday Inn' bed spreads, lamps, tables, etc. There is no in-house restaurant but there is a Starbucks on the lower level and a TON of great local restaurants too.

5. Both parts of 'the hill' have great restaurants and cute shops, but lower Queen Anne has a younger, more urban vibe while upper Queen Anne is more residential.

6. Also close to several delicious restaurants - go down two blocks to Toulouse Petit; it was amazing creole breakfast, just delicious, and such a fun atmosphere.

7. really lucked out when booking this hotel for 3 nites over NY Eve 2011/12 wanted a getaway from the Canadian cold and chose Seattle as a close short w/e trip- the Hotel is located in the Queen Anne neighbothood with a couple of very nice restaurants close by, an Irish Pub a block away, a short walk to the space needle and 1/2 block from a movie theatre- we rented a car so trips down to the pier were so quick and easy- even the SeaTac airport was only 20 mins away.
"a great New Years W/E spent here " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/16/2012 Vote

9. There is also a grocery store called SafeWay across the hotel, a fast food burger place, banks, many restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Thai, Mexican, etc), pharmacies, and other conveniences.
"Great Convenient Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/8/2012 Vote
10. Parking fee was reasonable and secure ($15/night) as opposed to many other downtown hotels ($30-$45/night!) Location is walking distance from really great restaurants, Space Needle and a short taxi ride to all other downtown Seattle locations.
"Great place, clean, friendly and great location. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/5/2012 Vote
