2. The Secure parking did cost more but it usually does - was nice that the elevator went down to the parking and made loading the car very easy.

3. But it does bring me to all the hidden costs, on arrival we were not informed of the rewards program in which you are charged for Internet, movies, to use the roof top access, use of the gym, coffee in the room ect.

6. The hotel has contacts with a car service and their price is a lot cheaper than a car service at the airport and the taxi can cost more than a car service.

9. We were en-route to our alaska cruise and the port was a short distance away, a shuttle service was also available from this hotel at a low cost of only $6.00 per person.

10. We asked them to call a cab for us one night, which they had done before, but they called a limo service to take us to a restaurant, for 3 times the cost of a cab.
