CONS: not a luxury hotel/rooms on the smallish/basic side, not all have AC; A little far away from the downtown core (but very close to great bus lines), Neighborhood a bit on the funky side (we enjoyed it, but not everyone would); No free parking (its expensive); no free wifi (there is in Starbucks); no 'guest amenities' (no pool, no breakfast, etc - just fyi)SUMMARY: It has an 'upscale, hostel type vibe' and it feels a bit off the beaten path.

7. Best buy in the Seattle area if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and don't need a pool, restaurants, or conveniance store on location - it's all within a block of the place anyway.
