1. Great location that was an easy walk to art museum, the Market, and restaurants (and if you are careful you can plot walks around the hills -- but it was good exercise if you didn't).

4. As will all Kimpton Hotels, it was very nice, clean, friendly staff, etc. Location is great within walking distance of the fish market and the water ferry.
