5. He hadn't studied so hard since highschool!:-) When we came back from dinner and listening to live music on the town we opened our door and there was a really nice note congratulating my husband for being so studious and a plate of fresh fruit and a nice bottle of wine.

10. King bed, big round dining table (just in case we wanted to invite 4 friends over for dinner!), sitting area with couch and chairs, shared balcony (didn't use it), free wifi (we signed up for the Kimpton InTouch program - it's free, so why not?.
