4. We were quickly greeted with valet parking and a wonderful friendly staff who informed us of everything around our hotel and even gave us a map and told us where the Space Needle was located and much more places that we planned to see while on our stay.

In the restaurant for breakfast, I sat there for 15 minutes and had to go over and talk to a waitress before I got any service (she did apologize profusely for not seeing me in the booth) and on checkout, it was a full 30 minutes from when I phoned down to the front desk asking for a bellhop and for my car to be pulled out of valet parking until I was actually in my car and driving away.

9. The excellence started at the curb in front of the hotel with the valet parking and continued though out check in and then on to a truly awesome room ( the symphony suite) at a price that was a good value for money.
