1. The staff was a fantastic group and it comes from the top down - epitomized by the general manager who truly is one of the great ones and totally gets what hospitality and care are all about.

2. While getting ready to attend a show at the Paramont Theatre, the room service staff arrived with chocolate dipped strawberries and sparkling wine with a lovey welcome card from the manager- so we felt indulged at every turn.

3. From the well dressed, friendly town car driver (pre-arranged by the front office manager, Woody) who picked us up at the airport, to the front desk staff, wait staff, etc. we were constantly surrounded by people who only wanted us to completely enjoy our stay.
