1. I think it is a great value but I would grill the people I am booking with on location and when the unit was updated last as you pay for location, and but you don't pay more for a nicer interior, so let someone else get the outdated units.

2. Only reason I didn't rate it as excellent is that it doesn't strive to be 'Impeccable' or 5 star but it is a very good value and a great place to vacation.
