1. We stayed in the very back row of condos right on the parking lot and near the office, but the condo was beautifully appointed with granite kitchen and newer furniture - no complaints.

3. Laundry room lady was real nice :) The facility is conducive to walking, yet very dimly lit outside at night, so be careful, especially in the parking lots.
