The lushly landscaped grounds in particular are stunning - You can easily make do with the restaurants and shopping - all within walking distance - The units are not air conditioned, but this has never been an issue with me since you are so close to the beach - beware of the units right next to the road due to the noise - I usually get an ocean view or partial ocean view and have always been satisfied - Noise has never been a problem (except for the occasional rooster at dawn!).

5. There's a large manicured lawn that fronts the beach, The landscaping is lush, and there are amazing gardens originally planted by the plantation owners -- there was a working sugar plantation on the site at one time.
