3. - A very well informed concierge service- Plenty of free activities from Lei making, Hula lessons, pineapple cutting (and eating) to keep you and little ones engaged if you are so inclined.

4. We used the services of the Ohana desk (concierge/activities desk) and found them knowledgeable and were able to book a catamaran dinner cruise, as well as tickets to the Kupanaha magic dinner show in the hotel, which we would recommend as a fun evening and nice dinner.

5. This is a great hotel for singles, couples or families, its not five star, but the service is five star and that in my opinion outweighs having a luxury hotel room as when you are in paradise why sit in side your room.

8. As I had researched before booking this hotel it not a glamorous hotel, the pool isn't huge, the beds were okay but it FELT like we were in Hawaii, the service was great, and it was well kept and clean.
