1. Town is easily walkable (two miles north), with a lot of good little restaurants to choose from as well as a farmers market (wed-sat).

2. The submarine tour was a blast on the Atlantis submarine, many restaurants, and bars to choose from, also plenty of activity all with in a 5 mile radius.

3. The place was about 20 minutes by car from Kona airport, there are restaurants nearby ,supermarkets ,so by using a rent-a-car the place is very good to use as a base of travelling around the Big Island.

4. Also, these condos are not very close to the downtown area, so get a place closer in if you plan on walking to the shops and restaurants in town.

10. As a self catering condo for a couple it was adequate but it was 3 miles from the restaurants etc so not easy to get back and forth in the evening.
