1. The location was a way down the raod from the touristy downtown area, but, I believe that is a good thing as the traffic wasn't as bad.

2. The rest of the time you are about the same distance to downtown Kailua-Kona or up to Keahou Shopping Center.

3. Also, these condos are not very close to the downtown area, so get a place closer in if you plan on walking to the shops and restaurants in town.
