1. It's located off a quiet street close to the downtown area with shopping and restaurants and near the bay, and road to the north around the Island.

4. There is about an acre of land with banana trees (and, yes, you can pick the bananas), papaya, star fruit, an avocado tree (just pick them up off the ground), more flowers than many parks, all on a quiet street.

5. We found our rooms was HUGE (see pics) and clean, the surroundings of the hotel itself were lovely (quiet street and nice garden) and the service was very friendly and welcoming.
