4. This is my third stay at the hotel (2004, 2006, and now) and things have not changed in that time (except there is new carpeting in the rooms).

5. The rooms are comfortable (most have a lanai) and clean and prices are very reasonable, especially given other options, and the staff are attentive and helpful to those needing advice about what to see and do.

6. There is no air conditioning, but the room fans made the place very comfortable and drowned out the coqui frogs at night (although the did provide ear plugs for people who are particularly sensitive to sound).
