1. I checked in around 3 o'clock , and was greeted by a very friendly staff, and a much need complimentary cup of coffee.

6. I have stayed at the Harborview, (a few blocks away) for 2.5 times the cost ( yes a much more elegant room and bath) but this was perfectly fine and the service 500% better with no attitude from the staff that I had my last visit to Harborview.
