1. If you wanted something and the maid service did not understand, SMILE and go to the main desk and all will be corrected and taken care of, Great location, the staff at the front desk were more than happy to help you, arrange things for you.

Positive points: location (only a few blocks to the beach), nice decor, comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave in my room, good rate ($135), great chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon, very friendly front desk staff (particularly Tom, who was very helpful), and a good continental breakfast.
