7. Room 143 is good if you are an early riser and don't mind listing to dozens of other guests loading cars to leave starting at 7AM and the hotel maids who roll their noisy carts up and down the the exterior corridors starting around 8AM to make sure you are awake.

8. I have stayed at the Harborview, (a few blocks away) for 2.5 times the cost ( yes a much more elegant room and bath) but this was perfectly fine and the service 500% better with no attitude from the staff that I had my last visit to Harborview.
