The staff at the desk also went out of their way to look for transportation options for us to a location we wanted to go - from calling to ask about cab fare, showing us where we could walk to to rent a car when they found out one way cab fare was $42, to calling and getting the bus number cost, schedule and showing us where we could catch the bus if we wanted to.
