Our room-5th floor-was NICE, all new looking, pretty much sound-proofed, heard NO noisy neighbors coming & going in hallways, NO water sounds from neighbor's bath or toilets, etc. There was construction next door which could be heard SOME, but we were up by then to catch FABULOUS hot breakfasts they offer.
