1. One disadvantage is that you don't get free parking at the Disney parks (which you get if you stay at a Disney hotel), but they do offer a free shuttle to the parks if you want to save the money.

10. Parking is in an adjancened parking garrage, which is nice, you car is in shade (unless you park on the top), and its very secure with security cameras everythwere.
