1. From the valets (Jose and his amazing team), to bellmen to front desk receptionists, restaurant servers (ask for Omar, Rocky or John-Paul in Harvest Bistro, they are great with children) to the housekeeping staff, everyone has been consistently wonderful to us.

2. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door everyday with last warning to let them clean or they have to go to a different floor and will not be able to make the room for the day.

9. We were treated with friendliness and concern from the greeting we received from the valet staff and the front desk representative to the staff at the pool ,in the retaurants and the housekeeping staff who took care of us during our stay.

10. They did not allow a rollaway bed in the rooms that have two double beds, so we brought an air mattress and housekeeping was nice enough to make up the air mattress along with the other beds.
