We had a 2 week family holiday at the hotel in Jan 2012 It met all expectations but I really wanted everyone to know how good the concierge team was:My daughter had her 3rd birthday while we at the hotel and we had booked a birthday meal for her and my family (11 of us) at Epcot but due to a mix up by disney (and a small mistake on my part) we were left birtday cake less.

5. I approached the concierge team for help, they decided that would help us out by going to a local supermarket order a cake and put a special message on it for our daughter, they then arranged with disney to get the cake to the restaurant so that it would be ready for us.
