1. And then when you sign there is also in big letters written on the bill a section entitled GRATUITY.

The cafe in the bottom had VERY SLOW service and then the sandwich I ordered was NOT supposed to be hot but the cook toasted it and when I asked the server she said 'They toast them' but didn't offer to get me another when I pointed out the sandwish wasn't traditionally heated nor did the menu state it was, she just shrugged and walked away not coming back until presenting the bill.
