3. my beef with it is that a) noone helped with my bags b) breakfast was included in the price but when I checked in, the lady at reception said it wasnt, so it was only when my PA told me it was a b+b deal that i had breakfast (ie once out of six days), and no offer of credit was made to me on checkout, despite their error.

5. I would most definitely recommend the hotel, but beware of the price of everything from the spa ($350 for a massage) to the bar and also the taxes that get added to your bill, nearly $90 on each days stay which meant that our room rates were nearly $700 and $600 respectively.
