1. We should also mention that it is in a great location on Boylston and within in easy walking distance of Fanueil Hall and Cheers etc. Overall we did not think that we had value for money despite how nice it was and how nice the staff were but if you are looking for somewhere special then I don't think you could find a nice place.

5. We therefore did not have breakfast there as we didn't think that it would be value for money, we did drink in the bar but not too many times.

6. A/C unfortunately smells very stale - perhaps they did not spend the NECESSARY money to invest in having a top-of-the-line hospital grade/allergy system and filters for every floor, which is the only downside of this convenient centrally located hotel.

8. For my money (and it is my money) I would choose the Ritz or the Four Seasons any day.
