1. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch - albeit the most difficult thing to get in and out of and you will get water EVERYWHERE when you take a shower, but the mousekeeper always kept our room clean.

The rest of the hotel is pretty amazing: the lobby and grounds are nothing short of stunning and extremely well-kept; the main pool (despite the closed slide), second smaller pool, and three hot-tubs are great and clean, although the music is a bit much in the main pool; there's a little beach on the lake which is delightful; you can rent bikes and boats right near the beach; hotel features a lot of activities for kids and families around the pool and beach; room service was excellent all three times we used it; and the hotel staff and concierge were extremely helpful and responsive.

3. The room was great- it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was wonderful to relax in after a day of park hopping.

6. Setup was a queen bed, bunk beds with twin matresses, desk with 2 chairs, in room fridge, safe (keyed), closet, dresser with limited drawer space (we normally live out of suitcases) and bathroom 2 sinks, storage below vanity, hairdryer, coffee maker, toilet, tub and shower with curtain.

9. That failed, so that evening we went to the front desk, and they told us to fill the tub up to the disc and that would turn the jets on.
