1. The Concierge personnel were very helpful and welcoming, and the lounge offered a great continental breakfast that sped us on our way to the parks early each day.

As far as the food on the concierge level it was good but not a lot of variety as far as snacks and desserts went but it was still sooo good and when we had stayed at the Grand Californian we were able to get as much bottled water as we wanted but we had to ask for it here at the Wilderness Lodge.

10. The concierge desk tried to help but didn't really go the extra mile that we experienced on our last visit to Animal Kingdom Lodge.
