First off the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff here are fantastic- we were upgraded to a bunk bed room with courtyard view free of charge upon arrival without asking and were also selected to be a flag family and receive a free continental breakfast afterward on the 7th floor concierge level.

9. Oh yeah---this is typical Disney---I had accidentally left my room key after using it to charge a drink at the bar, and the bartender tracked me down on the outdoor deck to return it, all with a smile.

10. You would think at the price they charge you for the rooms they would at least throw in free internet ,maybe a microwave just to heat a pastry or a single cup of water for tea (instead of using the coffee maker).
