1. As always, the standards here are high and I've never stayed here when the place is less than spotless, but the front desk staff always seems to be 'training' someone and the check in process this time, once again, took over an hour.

Housekeeping were fantastic and left a few towel animals including a water slide into a pool all made from towels with the kids teddies sliding down, I had read about the rooms being a bit dark so was a bit concerned but i found them to be much better than i expected, cosy not dark at all, the front desk and cast in the shop were fantastic, really helpful and great to chat too.

10. We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly Cast Member who gave the phone to my granddaughter and told her someone wanted to talk to her.
