1. I mean you can tell this place was a happening spot back in the 70's but fast forward 30 plus years later, that same decor from back in the day just does not work.

5. EVERYTHING TO THE DECOR TO THE DIFFERENT ROOM AMENITIES (MIRROR, BLOWDRYER, COFFEE MACHINE, ETC.) WALKED AROUND THE HOTEL TO FIND COBWEBS AND SPIDERWEBS IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE HOTEL GROUNDS.

6. While the building and decor could use a simple face-lift (and one does not stay there for the pool), I was saddened to learn that this simple low-rise hotel with it's bird-filled garden atrium with pond and beautiful private-feeling beach is to be replaced by a high- rise hotel and development of all of the untouched neighboring land.
